Is there a minimum order?
No. We make everything from a single bespoke piece to full multi-property programmes.
How long does production take?
Hand tufted rugs take 3–5 weeks. Handloom and durrie take 4–5 weeks. Hand knotted rugs take 2–6 months, depending on size and knot density.
Can you match our colours and sizes?
Yes. We dye to Pantone or fabric references and can adjust size, pattern scale, pile height and texture.
Which materials do you work with?
Wool, silk, jute, viscose and PET, in expert blends, plus cotton for durries. Tell us the look and use and we will recommend the right fibre.
Do you provide samples?
We send complimentary material swatches. Custom strike-off samples made to your design are available at nominal cost.
How do you ship?
Worldwide, on FOB or CIF terms to suit you, with full compliance with international shipping standards and quality inspection before dispatch.
